1. The fastest way

"Did X arrive yet?" — MyNaavi reaches Gmail live, not the snapshot. Brand-new emails (arrived minutes ago) show up.

5. Tips that make this work better

Stay signed in to your Google account inside the app. MyNaavi reaches Gmail through your account — if the connection breaks, you'll be asked to sign in again. Check Settings → Connections in the app.
Let the background sync run. MyNaavi indexes your tier-1 emails (anything important) so search is instant. New emails show up live, but older ones rely on the sync.
Be specific when you can. "How much did Anthropic charge me last month?" works better than "how much did I spend on AI stuff?" Naavi can hunt by vendor name + time window cleanly.
If MyNaavi did not catch the right email, just say "no, the one from [vendor name]." The follow-up gets you to the right one without starting over.
Drafted replies require your "yes" to send. Naavi reads the draft back to you and waits — nothing leaves your account until you confirm.
"Filed," "Saved," "Replied" — every confirmation is real. When MyNaavi files a PDF to Drive, the file is in Drive — not just narrated. If the Drive connection is stale or the file type is unfamiliar, MyNaavi says so out loud and stops — never a quiet "okay" that hides the miss.

6. If MyNaavi cannot find the email

Most common cause: the Google connection expired and needs to be reconnected — open Settings → Connections in the app and reconnect Google. If the connection is healthy but the email still cannot be found, the message may be in Spam or Trash (Naavi excludes those by design) — check Gmail directly first. If it's still missing, contact support.
