MyNaavi is operated by MyNaavi Foundation ("MyNaavi," "we," "our," or "us"), a Canadian federal non-profit corporation based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. MyNaavi Foundation is incorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and operates as a non-charitable non-profit — with the authority to generate revenue through programs and services, all of which is reinvested into our mission.
MyNaavi is an AI-powered life orchestration companion designed to help active seniors manage their daily coordination across calendar, health, communication, and other tools.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyNaavi. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To use MyNaavi, you will sign in using your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for:

MyNaavi does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. Health information shown in the app is for personal awareness only — always consult a qualified healthcare professional. MyNaavi does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information retrieved from third-party services.
You agree not to use MyNaavi to:
MyNaavi integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Gmail), Supabase, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or use your Google data for advertising purposes.
All content, design, code, and materials within MyNaavi are the property of MyNaavi Foundation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.
MyNaavi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNaavi Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyNaavi at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time and revoke our access to your Google account via your Google Account settings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
